User Acceptance Agreement For The Workroom Pro

This User Acceptance Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between The Workroom Pro, hereinafter referred to as the "Provider," and Customer hereinafter referred to as the "User."

1.ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS and CONDITIONS
By using The Workroom Pro software, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by the terms and conditions set forth in this User Acceptance Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, you will not be able to access or use the Software.

2. PURPOSE OF THE WORKROOM PRO
The Workroom Pro is a comprehensive software solution designed to streamline and enhance your drapery and soft furnishings business operations. Its primary purpose is to streamline your business operations, increase productivity, and simplify the management of soft furnishing orders, from quote requests to project completion. It includes features for quote requests, estimating, order processing, and project management. Our goal is to simplify your daily tasks, reduce paperwork, and eliminate costly errors

3. USE OF SOFTWARE
3.1 Authorized Use: The User agrees to use the Software solely for the purpose of managing window covering projects and related tasks.
3.2 Restrictions: The User shall not:
a. Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
b. Use the Software for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
c. Share or transfer access of the Software to any third party.

4. RECURRING OR AUTO-RENEW CLAUSE
4.1 Subscription Term: The User acknowledges that access to the Software is provided on a subscription basis. The initial subscription term shall commence upon the date of acceptance of this Agreement and continue for the agreed-upon term.
4.2 Auto-Renewal: Unless the User cancels their subscription in accordance with Section 5 of this Agreement, the subscription will automatically renew for subsequent terms of the same duration as the initial term.
4.3 Cancellation: The User may cancel their subscription at any time by providing written notice to the Provider at least 15 days prior to the end of the current subscription term.

5. PAYMENT
5.1 Fees: The User agrees to pay all fees associated with their subscription to the Software in accordance with the Provider's pricing terms.
5.2 Billing: The Provider will automatically bill the User's chosen payment method on the renewal date unless the User has cancelled their subscription in accordance with Section 4.3.

6. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
As a user of The Workroom Pro, you are responsible for:

Providing accurate and truthful information when using the software.
Safeguarding your login credentials and ensuring they are not shared with unauthorized individuals.
Complying with all applicable laws and regulations while using the software.

7. OWNERSHIP AND LICENSING
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for its intended purpose, as outlined in this agreement.

8. DATA SECURITY
We take data security seriously. The Workroom Pro employs industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, you are responsible for ensuring the security of your login information and any data you input into the software.

9. UPDATES AND SUPPORT
We are committed to improving and maintaining The Workroom Pro software. Users will receive periodic updates and support to ensure the software remains effective and up to date.

10. TERMINATION
We reserve the right to terminate your access to The Workroom Pro software if you violate any terms of this agreement or misuse the software. Upon termination, you will no longer have access to the software or any associated data.

11. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of State Colorado.

12. CHANGES TO THE AGREEMENT
We may update this User Acceptance Agreement from time to time to reflect changes in the software or to comply with legal requirements. Users will be notified of any significant changes to the agreement.

14. ACCEPTANCE
